Zevenview Shopping Centre

Isipani Construction is proud to announce the successful completion of the Zevenview Shopping Centre in Kuils River, a new addition to the Pick n Pay family and a testament to our commitment to quality and teamwork. Awarded to Isipani in March 2022, following the success of Pick n Pay Table View, this project represents a major milestone in our ongoing partnership with Pick ‘n Pay.

Located next to the Zevenwacht Mall, the Zevenview Shopping Centre is set to redefine convenience in the area, with Pick ‘n Pay at the heart of this new development. The centre houses a range of amenities, including a Pick ‘n Pay Supermarket, Clicks, Pick ‘n Pay Clothing, Pick ‘n Pay Liquor, The Daily Coffee Shop, Montagu Fruits, a Biltong shop, The Vet Shop, and more. This variety of stores ensures that the centre meets the diverse needs of the local community.

The Zevenview Centre is also home to Pick ‘n Pay’s innovative “future spec” store, a completely new design aimed at setting a new standard for their supermarkets. This cutting-edge design posed significant construction challenges, but the Isipani team rose to the occasion, working tirelessly to meet the stringent requirements within a tight 8-month construction period.

From the very first concrete pour on the 14th of March 2022 to the grand opening on the 8th of November 2022, the Zevenview project has been a journey of collaboration, dedication, and hard work. Despite challenges with the new store specifications and delays related to water connections, the project was completed successfully and opened its doors to the public on the 8th of November.

The team’s commitment to quality and excellence was key to overcoming these obstacles, and we are proud of the results. The opening of Zevenview marks the culmination of months of planning, building, and problem-solving, and we are grateful for the trust Pick n Pay placed in Isipani to deliver this remarkable project.

The completion of Zevenview Shopping Centre further strengthens our partnership with Pick ‘n Pay, and we are excited for the opportunities ahead. This project marks the beginning of a new era for the Pick ‘n Pay brand, with the “Store of the Future” concept paving the way for more innovative developments in the retail sector.
