Occupational Health and Safety

At Isipani, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s a shared responsibility and a fundamental part of our culture.

Construction sites and builder’s yards can be hazardous environments, which is why we make sure that all our employees and visitors to our sites understand the inherent risks and remain vigilant.

Our unwavering commitment to occupational health and safety is reflected in the many safety awards we’ve received over the years. We continuously implement and enhance measures to reduce and eliminate risks, enforcing stringent safety protocols across all sites. Regular inspections of all equipment and scaffolding are conducted to maintain the highest safety standards.

To uphold these standards, we have a dedicated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Manager and an in-house Safety Management System, ensuring full compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and all industry regulations. Our safety officers play a critical role, providing training, conducting inspections, and offering guidance to create a safe working environment for everyone.

We also prioritise experience and awareness on-site. Our teams include seasoned professionals who can quickly identify and address potential hazards. New workers undergo a thorough, site-specific induction program to build safety awareness, and all employees are equipped with the necessary safety gear and participate in regular safety training.
