ITISA Committee

At Isipani, our employees’ voices matter. The ITISA Committee, established as a workers’ forum, plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, promoting open dialogue, and ensuring that employees feel heard. By providing a platform to share ideas, address concerns, and engage with management, the Committee actively contributes to the welfare and development of our workforce.

Isipani's Profit-Sharing Scheme

Isipani’s profit-sharing scheme, introduced in 1995, rewards the dedication and hard work of our permanent employees who have been with the company for over two years. This initiative has not only cultivated a loyal and motivated team but has also strengthened communication and driven measurable improvements in quality and productivity throughout the business.

Isipani Worker's Trust

The Isipani Workers Trust is a testament to our belief in shared success. Open to employees with five or more years of service, the trust is managed by four trustees—two selected by employees and two by the company. At its inception, the trust represented 80 employees from diverse roles, including professionals, technicians, administrative staff, and construction workers.

This share allocation acknowledges the long-term commitment of our team members, recognizing their invaluable contributions to the company’s growth. By offering both profit-sharing and dividend participation after five years, Isipani reinforces its commitment to fostering a cohesive, skilled workforce united by shared goals and mutual success.
