Winelands Square is a mixed-use lifestyle and shopping centre located in Paarl, Western Cape. The development comprises two construction phases and includes more than 50 retail outlets, extensive parking facilities, landscaped public spaces, and supporting infrastructure. The centre’s anchor tenant is Checkers Hyper that occupies more than 7,500 m², including a liquor store. Additional tenants include a variety of national retailers, restaurants, and lifestyle brands, creating a diverse retail offering for the Paarl and wider Winelands community.

The project included the construction of new retail space, extensive external works, and the integration and refurbishment of the existing KTM building (built at Paarl Junction by Isipani Construction in 2023). Designed with accessibility and convenience in mind, the development incorporates wide pedestrian walkways, outdoor seating areas, timber decks, and open public spaces.

The scale of the development required careful planning and coordination across multiple construction phases, while managing numerous tenants, service installations, and infrastructure requirements. Upon completion, Winelands Square further strengthened the retail offering in Paarl, and stands as a significant commercial development within the Cape Winelands.
