Tenacity is a financial services company that manages in-store credit card programmes for retailers in the Pepkor Group. Isipani has worked on two Tenacity projects for the Pepkor Group. The first, was a call centre at Pepkor’s head office on the corner of De la Rey and Radnor Streets in Parow. Work on the call centre was part of a larger contract to build offices and a parking facility on the site. The second Tenacity call centre was a new build in Industria Road, Kuils River, and included the surrounding civil works and parking bays.
