Sunningdale storage facility is the construction of a new storage facility that offers economical and practical solutions to storing clients belongings. The facility operated by StoreSmart mainly focus on their four pillars security, convenience, flexibility and simplicity which is a big advantage compared to other facilities.

The storage facility offers 401 storage units in various sizes, which is a great opportunity for students, residential and business clients. On the ground floor customers will be able to park under roof and with quick access through the reception area they will be able to use the lift to enter the storage areas on 1st and 2nd floor.

The confined space in which construction took place made it challenging throughout the construction phase, constant planning was needed to ensure the neighbours and the public was not affected by the construction work. Public safety was also important to ensure the project will end successfully.
