Paarl Junction Filling Station

On 2 November 2021, Isipani took possession of the Paarl Junction site. A new development in Paarl, located along the R101, diagonally across from Strawberry King.

Paarl Junction consisted out of three projects for three different clients. Divided as follows: Convenience Store Spar consisting of about 300 m², KTM 900 m², and Boundary Wall. All three projects were managed by Construction Projects and Developments.

The three projects are:

• Shell Garage and SPAR Convenience Store for Gold Edge 2
• KTM Showroom at Fives Football Pitches for D&C Shelf 38
• Perimeter Fence for TITN Properties

The project, considered as a single undertaking, had a total value of around R30 million. Managing the administration of the project was a complex task, as costs and scheduling had to be carefully coordinated across the different projects. However, the project was successfully completed and on time.
