Paarl Gimnasium Hoërskool Activity Centre

The Paarl Gimnasium Activity Centre is a multifunctional, high-performance facility designed to support a wide range of athletic, rehabilitation, and medical services. The ground floor features an open-plan gymnasium and weight-training area, complemented by a three-lane, indoor athletics sprint track.

The first floor houses a dedicated rehabilitation centre, as well as a number of office spaces and consultation rooms for healthcare and sports science professionals, including biokineticists, physiotherapists, and medical practitioners. The facility is designed to provide an integrated environment for training, performance enhancement, injury rehabilitation, and athlete care.
