This project involved the redevelopment of an existing Caltex garage into a modern ENGEN garage and convenience store, bringing a fresh and contemporary look to the property. The new development has doubled the size of the original site, enhancing its functionality and appeal to the community.
The first phase of the project involved the comprehensive demolition of the existing structures, including the Caltex garage, shop, and a church building on the property. Key tasks included:
- Removal of building foundations and all existing infrastructure.
- Excavation and removal of underground diesel and petrol tanks, along with pumps and piping.
The second phase saw the construction of a modern ENGEN Garage, featuring a 722 m² building that includes an Engen Quick Shop and a Farm Stall. The modernized facility was designed to meet contemporary standards and better serve the needs of the local community.
The completed project has transformed the site into a modern, user-friendly facility, contributing to the area’s development while ensuring a safer and more efficient space for both customers and staff.
