Golf Air Park, an industrial park in Airport Industria, was a new build of warehouses and mini factories, with office blocks to the side of the warehouses. The design of Golf Air Park incorporated many green-build features like using natural ventilation in the warehouses and allowing natural light into the offices to save energy. The crush of the old buildings was also re-used on site. Water-saving features included a grey-water system for irrigation, the collection of rainwater for bathrooms, and water-retention ponds to allow stormwater run-off to seep into the underground water table.

Towards the end of the project changes had to be made to one of the warehouses to allow a film crew to use the premises as a film set to shoot Black Sails, an American TV series about pirates. A full-size replica of a sailing ship was constructed inside the warehouses.
