Isipani Construction completed a large project for Ford Tyger Valley in 2017. The work included showrooms for new and used cars, a workshop area and office space. The first phase of the development involved alterations to an existing building to create a new workshop. The roof of the existing building was also removed and replaced, and additional office and showroom space was added to the front of the building. The fact that the existing building was not square presented many challenges to make the new structure work within the older structure. In addition, the existing tenant on the ground floor remained fully operational throughout the process.

The second phase of the development included alterations to the ground floor area and surrounds to create a showroom and offices for Ford Tyger Valley. Concrete ramps were also constructed to link the ground floor with the first floor, and to link the showroom on the ground floor with the basement. All the walls on the building’s north facade facing the N1 were demolished and replaced with a curtain window.
