Isipani Construction has completed its fourth project at the La Concorde Precinct.

The recent completion of Phase 3.1 of the La Concorde Builders Precinct in Cecilia Street, Paarl, marks a significant expansion of the retail facilities in the area, introducing a new Cycle Lab & Proshop. It houses Cycle Lab on the ground floor and The Pro Shop on the first floor.

This phase adds approximately 946 m² of retail space, enhancing the precinct’s appeal to sports enthusiasts and the local community by providing a specialized venue for cycling gear, equipment, and services.

This project was successfully completed and  opened to the public on the 25th of October 2024.
