Brackengate Minis is a modern industrial warehouse development located within the Brackengate Business Park in Cape Town. Constructed for Redefine Properties and VDMV Property Holdings, the project comprises a 4,000 m² warehouse facility divided into three individual units, each incorporating approximately 310 m² of office space.

The development was designed to provide flexible industrial accommodation while maintaining a high-quality architectural appearance. Distinctive diagonal elements and exposed concrete features incorporated into the building façade contribute to the modern industrial aesthetic of the completed facility.

Construction commenced in March 2025 and required careful planning and coordination to successfully deliver the project within a six-month construction programme. The development forms part of the continued growth of the Brackengate industrial precinct and provides modern warehouse and office facilities suited to a range of commercial and light industrial users.
